Abstract Submission Deadline FOR POSTERS ONLY is September 21st
An abstract is required for consideration for poster presentation.
Abstract should be submitted in the form of electronic file in WORD format.
Abstracts are limited to one A4 page, including figures.

Talks will be presented with a dedicated PC, using PDF or PowerPoint. Distinguished Guest Lectures will be 40 minutes long (including 5 minutes for discussion), while all other talks will be 15 minutes (including 5 minutes for discussion).
Poster size of 48” X 36” (1.219 m X 0.914 m) and portrait mode are preferred.
AUSE Poster Prize for Students
PhD students with a poster presentation are eligible for a 300 € poster prize sponsored by the AUSE (Spanish Synchrotron User Association).
Please be aware that we will require you to give a short oral summary of 60-90 second (!) to the audience, with the help of a single slide (the poster or another slide prepared in advance) prior to the poster session. This slide should be send at least 3 days in advance (24th of September) to mfoerster@cells.es in ppt or pdf format. It will also be helpful if you confirm your participation to the same email. Eligibility for entering the Poster Competition is that the candidate must have obtained his/her PhD on or after September 2017, which also includes pre-doctoral students.
Student Talk Prize
We have made a list of eligible contributions for a Student Talk Contest based on the information available to us, i.e. a oral presentation by a presenter inscribed as PhD student. The prize consists of 300 Euros.
